 Puppy Parenthood:  This class covers developmental stages, vaccinations and homeopathic nosodes, spaying and neutering, puppy proofing your home, outside safety concerns, choosing safe chew toys and appropriate equipment, crating, and the importance of early training and socialization. Handouts and sample products provided.

Healthy Foods for Dogs:  Learn the basics of healthy nutrition for dogs.  We cover what to look for and what to avoid in commercial dog food.  You will also be given recipes for making your own healthy foods and treats.  Handouts and treat samples provided.

First Aid for Canines: A first aid kit is an invaluable resource for any emergency!  Learn how to create a kit that incorporates homeopathic remedies and herbal preparations for a variety of acute conditions.  Handouts and kit samples provided. 

Communicating With Canines:  This seminar will help develop your general knowledge of the canine.  Subjects include: theories of canine development, canine breed groups and characteristics, understanding temperaments, reading a dog's body language,  understanding why dogs do the things they do, and speaking to dogs in a language they understand.  This class will teach you how to communicate using touch, body language, words, and hand signals.  Handouts provided.

Puppy Happy Hour is designed for puppies 8 to 16 weeks old. This weekly series of three 1- hour sessions is a fun, safe, supervised way for puppies to learn socialization and learn play skills. We will focus on bad habit prevention and introduce puppies to some of our foundation exercises, including attention training, following, settle, and leave it. Safety concerns and rules for appropriate interaction will also be addressed. All puppies must have proof of their first series of vaccinations. Class begins the first Sunday of every other month at 4:30, and is held at our ranch in Valley Center.
